As Chief Executive Officer, Donny brings over 33 years of executive leadership, operations management, M&A, fundraising and strategic planning experience to Arigo. Donny has a successful track record in growing best-in-class technology companies in emerging markets and brings a wealth of knowledge and industry know-how. As the founder and CEO of CommercialWare, Inc, the leading provider of cross-channel commerce solutions for retailers, Donny navigated its growth over several decades and orchestrated the successful sale of the company to Micros Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS). Donny orchestrated the acquisition of OrderMotion, Inc, a leading provider of e-commerce, on-demand, order and customer management services designed specifically for the small and medium sized merchant. As CEO of OrderMotion, Donny led the financing and growth of this emerging SaaS company.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Matthew is responsible for the company's operational infrastructure, accounting and controls, financial planning and analysis, and strategic initiatives. With over 15 years of operations management, investment banking, private equity investment and strategic corporate development experience, Matthew helped lead the management buyout of Arigo from Tourtellotte Solutions.
Prior to joining Arigo, Matthew was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and co-founder of Rudder Capital Corporation, Vice President of Business Development for Ambient Corporation, and a founding investor in Amperion, Inc. (a spin-off from Cisco Systems), where he led the first round of institutional financing. Earlier in his career, Matthew worked for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and for a private equity arm of General Electric. Matthew is an active member of many entrepreneurial organizations and received his MBA from FW Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with concentrations in both corporate finance and entrepreneurial studies.

C. Alexander Leigh joins the team with over 13-years experience deploying fault-tolerant and high-availability Internet platforms. In 2004 prior to joining RockBlocks, he founded Ashpool, a Seattle based company providing a real-time fault-tolerant platform for mobile text and multimedia messaging. Prior to this, he served as the chief architect at iTel Online where the team built a datacenter and hosting platform for financial transaction processing and Internet e-commerce applications. This platform hosted customers around the globe, ultimately serving over 20 million individual end-users. At DST Systems (NYSE: DST), Leigh served as the chief architect and built the company's first Internet platform, which was used to host high- availability products for SEC regulated shareholder communications and proxy voting. Leigh gained considerable experience as the core architect on the web, mail, and news platforms at Sprint (NYSE: FON)'s ISP offering, Sprint Internet Passport, where he joined the team prior to launch.

As Vice President of Professional Services, Brian brings over 15 years of experience in implementing Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Systems to Arigo. Brian joined the RockBlocks team at Tourtellotte Solutions in 2005 after having worked with the RockBlocks application for close to five years while at the QRS Corporation. Prior to Tourtellotte Solutions, Brian worked for 2 years as a Principal Application Consultant at Oracle, implementing their Merchandise Planning and Optimization solution and has also worked at Sigrid Olsen, a division of Liz Claiborne as a Distribution Manager managing Private Label Programs. During his tenure he developed a strong knowledge of Logistics, Inventory, Quality Assurance and Product Development. Brian displays a unique combination of strong business knowledge and technical abilities with over 11 years in the Global Retail Industry and over 7 years of implementing Global Sourcing and Supply Chain Management Systems.

Ned has spent a total of 20 years in private equity investing and has been responsible for dozens of rounds of financing in both early and expansion companies. Ned joined Brook Venture Partners in 1999 as a General Partner and a member of the fund's Investment Committee and is an active investor in and serves on several of Brook's portfolio company board of directors in both medical and information technology. Ned is a steering committee member of The Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center, which offers inventors and executives of the state's smaller medical device company's easy, affordable, and coordinated access to world-class researchers and resources. Ned is also an active member of the Executive Committee of the Northeast Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies. Prior to joining Brook, Ned was a Managing Director at Saturn Asset Management, a Boston-based private equity firm. He was involved with all aspects of the firm's investment activities, including leading the financing on both Constant Contact (CTCT) and FreeMarkets Online, which closed on it's first day of trading with a market capitalization in excess of 10 Billion Dollars. Earlier in his career he was with Morgan Stanley in New York City where he was involved with over 25 Initial Public Offerings including the Netscape IPO as well as the spinout of Lucent Technologies from AT&T.

Prior to co-founding BabyAge.com, Jack was responsible for building the first Fixed Income Trading Intranet for Bank of America Securities as the Vice President of Corporate Securities Trading. Preceding his tenure with the Bank, Mr. Kiefer was the CTO for iBaby.com, the first e-commerce initiative for iVillage. Mr. Kiefer designed and managed the development of the entire e-commerce system for iBaby. The most notable segments of the system included advanced merchandising, tools, as well as complete inventory management. Before becoming involved with the iBaby business Mr. Kiefer managed the development of a sophisticated chat system, which included collaborative filtering, a recommendations system, and iVillages' first member registration system. As Director of Production and Design, Mr. Kiefer, was the 5th employee hired to develop the Comcast@Home business. He was responsible for designing and building a local content publishing system, as well as working to hire and develop local regions of the business as it rolled out. Higher Education and Educational Institutions have always been a passion for Mr. Kiefer. He served as Assistant Dean of Students for Drexel University and was actively involved with developing a co-curricular transcript to fully document students involvement in all non-educational aspects of the University. Mr. Kiefer received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and his MBA (entrepreneurial management/small business consulting) from Drexel University.
