Business Analysis – RockBlocks Professional services team members will review your current business processes and provide you with concrete opportunities for improvement in either efficiency, cost performance, schedule performance, quality or similar metric. Clients need not be users of the RockBlocks Global Sourcing application.

RockBlocks Training – We provide a wide range of training services including RockBlocks Administrator Training, General Application Training, Role/User Setup and Query Building. For our largest enterprise customers, we tailor a training program specifically for you.

Application Configuration – Our Services team works with you to configure RockBlocks in accordance with your business requirements. We tailor the RockBlocks application to fit your unique business so that users derive the maximum benefit of RockBlocks’ automated features.

Business modeling (custom code) – Given our deep background in software, retail and the intersection between the domains, we craft custom code to turbocharge your sourcing activities, wringing inefficiencies out of the organization, and establishing a range of features specific to our clients.

Data Archiving – Our technical team works with you to implement a Data Archiving process designed to eliminate unwanted data that can be safely stored for future use. This is commonly done to reduce the size of a database, weed out unused items and information, and speed queries.

Systems Integration – Our team builds processes and linkages around the RockBlocks system to integrate with your legacy systems for bi-lateral communications, faster decision making, and less disruptive operations.

Database Tuning – The technical team can work with you to tune your RockBlocks database to improve database efficiency and thereby improve system performance (RockBlocks or stand-alone Oracle DBs).

Report Configuration and Custom Software Development – As a service, we offer a wide range of opportunities for custom reporting and custom software to solve any business need. This need may or may not be in conjunction with the RockBlocks® application.
