Training options include Administrator Training, Workforce Training, Remote and/or On-Site Training, Role or Process focused training, Scenario Based Application Training, Query Building, as well as customized Needs-Based Training. Depending on the type of training required, Arigo offers on-premise, remote/webex, web-based/online, and mixed-mode training options.

Arigo offers a comprehensive, two-tiered (standard and premium), maintenance program that includes twelve months of technical support, software updates and patches, a new feature incubator, beta program eligibility, notifications, regulatory updates, and annual user conference attendance.
Standard MaintenanceThe Standard Maintenance agreement is a robust program that allows you to utilize our support services during normal business hours [8am EST to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday] and access to all major updates and patches. Standard maintenance includes telephone and web-based support, standard case escalation and resolution, and access to the Arigo Knowledge Portal which includes manuals, release notes, online training, and Administrative guides.
Premium MaintenanceThe Premium Maintenance program offers all of the services and support under the standard agreement but also delivers 24 hour, 7 days a week support, expedited case escalation and resolution, annual Sourcing Assessment with Process Maps, and annual Database Optimization. A quarterly customized web-based training session covering training or review, and access to the Arigo Knowledge Portal is also included.
For clients who may not have the IT resources or desire to provision and support the Arigo STM suite in-house, we offer hosting alternatives that combine peace-of-mind redundancy and state- of-the-art disaster recovery in a cost-effective and secure solution. Without a large upfront infrastructure and time investment, clients can quickly implement the Arigo solution with dependable uptime, 24/7 support responsiveness, and enterprise class security and reliability.
Arigo offers Data Archiving for those clients who want to scale down their databases, archive unused content, and retain data for compliance purposes. Our technical team develops and implements a Data Archiving process designed to reduce unwanted data that can be safely stored for future use. Data archiving reduces the size of a database, weeds out unused items and information, and speeds queries and system responsiveness.
Arigo offers an enterprise-class, remotely-hosted Disaster Recovery solution, where a standby production system is maintained 24/7 to ensure nearly uninterrupted business operations under any conditions. In the event of a failure at your primary datacenter, Arigo STM users can seamlessly switch to our standby platform ensuring that your business continues to operate with minimal interruption.
